A mini Z9? Nikon Z6 III Rumored to be Announced in Autumn 2022
Nikon is rumored to announce the entry-level DX-format mirrorless camera “Nikon Z30” at the end of this month or early July 2022, but Nikon’s offensive has come one after another. Now the Nikon Z6 III has a great chance of “solo” performance, and the camera body will be priced under $2,500 US dollar.
In view of more and more cost-effective full-frame mirrorless cameras starting to upgrade to use 30-megapixel photosensitive elements, the latest news indicates that the image core of the Nikon Z6 III will be greatly reformed, from the Z6 II ‘s 24-megapixel and dual EXPEED 6 image processors upgrading to 30-33 million pixel CMOS sensor and EXPEED 7 image processor, it is believed that after switching to the same EXPEED 7 image processor as Z9 , the Nikon Z6 III performance will be greatly improved, and even 9 kinds of subject deep learning automatic focus function. In terms of video recording, the Nikon Z6 III is rumored to provide 4K60p uncropped ultra-high-definition video, support 10-bit built-in video recording, Apple ProRes format and N-Log mode that can provide a wide dynamic range.
