Nikon Z6 & Z7 Full-Frame Mirrorless Cameras and Three Lenses Coming on August 23rd

The previous report said the Nikon will soon announce two new full frame mirrorless cameras on August 23rd, 2018 at 12am ET (9pm PT). It is now confirmed that the name of Nikon full frame mirrorless cameras: Nikon Z6 and Nikon Z7:

  • Nikon Z6: high speed, low light model (24MP)
  • Nikon Z7: high-resolution model (45MP)

In addition, Nikon will also announce three new Z-mount lenses for Nikon Z6 & Z7:

  • Nikon Z-NIKKOR 24-70mm f/4 Lens
  • Nikon Z-NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8 Lens
  • One more wide angle lens (Z-NIKKOR 24mm f/1.8 or 28mm f/1.8 or 35mm f/1.8)

The fourth Z-mount lens – Nikon Z-Noct-Nikkor 58mm f/0.95 lens – will be announced on August 23rd or a later date. The exact announcement date is still unknown.
